1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of alvionproducts.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Alvion Products Inc. (“Alvion”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada.
By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order. You must be at least 19 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
2. Products, Pricing and Payment
Product information. We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours, finishes and feel may vary slightly from images, and dimensions may vary by up to 1 inch due to normal manufacturing tolerances.
Pricing. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). GST and PST are added at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
Errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect details due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid, even after confirmation.
Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email or phone. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your address.
Payment. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna and Affirm. Card and PayPal payments are charged when you place your order. If you choose Klarna or Affirm, your purchase is financed by that provider, and your payment plan, approval, interest and fees are governed by their own terms. Alvion is not a lender and is not responsible for financing decisions. Payment must be authorized in full before we confirm and schedule delivery.
3. Delivery
Delivery area. We deliver locally across the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland, BC. If your address is outside our area, we will contact you and may cancel the order.
Delivery fee. Local delivery is a flat $49 per order, plus applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Scheduling. After you order, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time window. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, supplier delays or other events outside our control.
Missed deliveries. Someone 19 or older must be present to receive the order. If no one is available at the agreed time, a redelivery fee of $49 may apply.
Access. Delivery is to the front door or ground-floor entrance unless we agree otherwise in advance. Please make sure the path is clear and that the product will fit through doors, stairways and elevators. We are not responsible for damage to property caused by tight access you did not tell us about.
Inspection. Please inspect your order when it arrives and note any visible damage before signing. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you on delivery.
4. Cancellations, Returns and Warranty
Cancellations. You may cancel your order free of charge any time before it leaves for delivery. If you cancel after it is on its way, or refuse it at the door without a valid reason, a $49 fee may apply.
Returns. For hygiene reasons, mattresses, pillows and bedding can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return pickup costs ($49), and refunds exclude the original delivery fee. Opened or used items are final sale, except as covered under Damaged or Defective Items below.
Damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged, or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace or refund the item at our option, at no cost to you.
Warranty. Mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, such as visible body impressions deeper than 1.5 inches or broken coils. The warranty does not cover normal softening, changes in comfort preference, stains, burns, tears, or damage from improper support, misuse or accidents. A stained mattress may be refused for warranty service for health reasons. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. For Klarna or Affirm purchases, the refund goes to the provider, which adjusts your payment plan; any interest or fees already charged are handled under their terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under British Columbia’s consumer protection laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost time or income. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under BC law.
6. Use of the Site
All content on the Site, including text, images and logos, belongs to Alvion or its suppliers and may not be copied or used without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or place false or fraudulent orders. The Site may link to third-party websites; we are not responsible for their content.
7. Privacy
We collect the personal information you provide (such as your name, address, phone number and email) only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information. We handle personal information in line with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of British Columbia.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site when you place your order applies to that order.
